1. The drilling rig uses the world's first-class hydraulic products. The hydraulic circuit of the whole machine adopts a closed (push-pull and slewing) circuit and an open (auxiliary circuit) load-sensing circuit. The efficiency is high.

2. Adopt dual power system to meet the needs of different working conditions, can flexibly realize dual-machine or single-machine work, energy saving and consumption reduction, one set of hydraulic system or power failure, another set of systems can work normally (unchanged capacity, reduced speed slow).

3. The operation valve group adopts electric control manual cooperation, and the main control valve adopts imported American Sao valve, which has high reliability.

4. The rig parameter display adopts the intuition pointer and electronic instrument to cooperate, and the parameters of the rig pressure, torque, speed, push and pull force are clear at a glance.

5. The power head rotation is driven by two sets of imported French Poclain double low-speed high-torque motors, and is equipped with two-step stepless speed regulation function. The main shaft floats, which is conducive to protecting the drill rod thread.

6. The power head push-pull is driven by a six-motor equipped with reducer, gear rack transmission, good stability and high efficiency.

7. Supporting vehicle-mounted operation room, heating and cooling air conditioner, comfortable working environment and convenient operation.

8. The distance between the calipers and shackles holding the shackle is adjustable, the shackle is automatically centered, the gripper travels all the way, and the shackle is accurate, stable and reliable.
